Our only dog-friendly property is the Coach House in Hexham (2 bedroom), if you have any queries about this please give us a call.

No smoking is permitted in any of our holiday homes.

Check in is from 4PM on your day of arrival & check out is 11AM. If you would like an earlier check in or later check out this can be looked at the day prior, however is not guaranteed. 

The week before your due to arrive you will get an email with a unique key code. The Key code will allow you access specifically for your check in/check out times to a key box located next to the front door of your holiday home.

Yes all our holiday homes have washing machines available for you to use during your stay.

All towels, linen & duvets are provided.
