Hexham holiday homes is a self-catering accommodation provider based in the heart Northumberland. The business was established in 2018 by local entrepreneur Jordan Dodwell. Growing up in rural Northumberland, Jordan shares a love for the area and it’s no surprise the county was named The Best UK holiday region in recent years. Jordan is well known in the area area for running an Italian Restaurant & cocktail bar, Vercelli, and recently taking over the Greenhead Hotel & Hostel located on the Hadrians wall path.
ABOUT US
Jordan has built up a young, eager team in a short space of time. All local, they have a great knowledge of the area and our team can be reached 24 hours 7 days a week by the guests.
All our properties are located in the Tyne valley and all within a 20 minute drive to Hadrians Wall. Our properties are all hand picked by Jordan with many under going full refurbishments prior to us allowing them on the holiday home market. Once they are ready for guests the properties are managed by Helen, maintained by Josh and cleaned by Ashley, Selena & Sara.
Hexham Holiday Homes has a variety of modern and traditional properties to offer a home from home service that suits everyone. With Jordan’s creative ideas and the help from his brother, Josh, many of our homes have been fully refurbished. Josh, who has many years experience in the building industry, has joined the team to manage the projects we have starting in 2021 as well as maintaining all our properties throughout the year. Jordans passion for the properties is shown by keeping within our high standards.

OUR PROPERTIES
All our properties are fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay with free onsite parking. All bed linen, towels, shampoo, and body wash are supplied for your stay, alongside basic essentials such as tea and coffee. After booking with us you will receive a welcome pack via email, this is filled with information on the property, the local area and even some discount codes to be used in local shops and restaurants.
We have 4 properties less than a 15 minute walk into the centre of this beautiful market town, where you will be greeted by an abundance of independent, thriving shops, cafe's & restaurants. Lets not forget the breathtaking architecture that Hexham Abbey has to offer and the gruesome border reivers battle story, that is told in full over the 4 floors in the Old Gaol.

Our 6th property is just 9 miles south of Hexham in the peaceful village of Allendale. This cottage is ideal for anyone looking for that 'country get away'. All our properties in Hexham are easily accessible via public transport, however, we do recommend having a car for Isaac's cottage.

Our 6th property is a newly refurbished bungalow located in the village of Bellingham, the perfect base for exploring all that Kielder water and forrest has to offer. A 3 bedroom modern property that sleeps 6 with a spacious living area for those relaxing evenings.

HOUSE RULES
We have very little house rules, all we ask is that you look after our properties as if they were your home. However, we do NOT allow pets of any kind or smoking in any of the properties. Thank you.

Isaac's Cottage
Located in Allendale Village centre with plenty local shops and pubs. And is approx. 20 minute drive into Hexham town centre.

Located in Bellingham approx. 30 minute drive to Hexham or 30 minute drive to Kielder
